What UBDSS does

 We provide an independent perspective when an ERP decision deserves another experienced set of eyes.

That may mean:
- reviewing an implementation proposal or estimate;
- evaluating a customization or architectural decision;
- assessing an existing Odoo system;
- reviewing code, integrations, technical debt, or upgradeability;
- helping evaluate an implementation partner or project team;
- providing a focused second opinion before an important commitment;
- helping an organization better understand and take ownership of its ERP environment.

Sometimes the answer requires a deep technical review. Sometimes it requires a conversation.

Why independent?

UBDSS does not represent a software vendor or implementation partner.

But independence does not mean automatically taking the client’s side either.

Our responsibility is to examine the situation honestly and provide the best professional judgment the available facts support.

Sometimes that means identifying a problem.
Sometimes it means proposing an alternative.
And sometimes it means confirming that the existing recommendation is exactly the right one.
